Update 1.1!
Gawrsh Quest has received an edit!
Having been made in the mad rush of a game jam, a few things in Gawrsh Quest needed tweaking. Two sort-of-big things: first, in the Requirements section, it is no longer stated that this game deals with "themes of death and disease", and instead "themes of death and danger". Disease wasn't really a theme that ended up intentionally existing in the game, and framing in that context made language further in the game pretty distasteful. I also removed wording that was distasteful perhaps even without that context.
The second bigger thing was explaining what happens to a fallen goof if he's not eaten by the Hungry Goof. The short of it is, he wakes back up with some HP at the start of the next room. I simply forgot to mention that before!
Other than that, spelling and grammar were corrected, a few paragraphs were reformatted, and some things that escaped bolding and italicizing have been bolded and italicized.
Finally, I want to give a huge thank you to everyone who's downloaded this weird little game of mine! Even if you never get around to playing it, even if you play it and don't like it, it means that world that you were interested enough to take a closer look.
Aw, shucks,
Nick
